Dear guests, welcome to Villa Samobor!
We wish you a pleasant stay in our facility. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and for any additional information feel free to contact us at any time.
Check-in is possible in the period from 2.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m..
Guests are required to present at check-in valid photo ID and credit card.
Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time to provide you with the most pleasant reception.
Check-out is possible from 01:00 to 11:00.
Guests are solely responsible for personal belongings and valuables left in the apartments/rooms. The owner is not responsible for their possible disappearance.
When leaving Villa Samobor, Be sure to lock doors and windows, lower the blinds, Turn off the lights and all electrical appliances. (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.) and close the taps.
In exceptional situations and in case of absence of the guest, the owner has the right to enter the apartment/room in order to prevent possible damage or danger. The guest will be notified of such entry at the next opportunity.
It is not allowed to destroy property, create disorder or disturb other guests.
It is strictly forbidden to make noise in the period of 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 23:00 to 07:00.
The contents of the apartment/room may only be used by persons registered as guests. The host may, at the request of the guest, allow visits at certain times.
The introduction of weapons, explosive or highly flammable materials is not permitted. Pets are allowed Only with the prior consent of the host.
Rules for the stay of children
Children of all ages can stay at the property. Children aged 12 and over pay the adult price at this property.

Rules on cots and extra beds
The number of children's beds allowed depends on the option you choose. For more information, check the option you have chosen.
There are no extra beds available in this property. All baby cots are subject to availability.
In case of disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances or equipment, the guest is obliged to immediately notify the host. If the damage was caused by the guest's fault, the guest is obliged to compensate the damage in the appropriate amount. It is not allowed to take out equipment and items from Villa Samobor (towels, blankets, etc.).
In case of non-observance of house rules, the host has the right to deny further provision of the service. Upon arrival, you are required to immediately submit an identity card or passport for registration with the Tourist Board.
